What is our return policy?

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days counting from the day you received your package. However, the products should be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Note: We will not refund shipping costs, only when we make a mistake we will refund shipping costs. Items in sale or discount can not be returned.

How can i return my order? 

If you wish to return the products, you need to inform us by e-mail (info@zowarindt.com) of the disecion of returning the item. Be aware that the statement with reason for return of the product must be sent to us before 14 days have passed counting from receiving the product. After receiving confirmation from us, the product can be dispatched in its original packaging to the address below:

How long does it take to get a refund? 

We strive to process your refund within five business days counting from the day we receive the products. However, do take into account that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 14 business days. Also, please note that – depending on the payment platform – it can take up to 5 business days for the money to be on your account.
