Returns

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days counting from the day you received your package. However, the products should be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Refund

We strive to process your refund within five business days counting from the day we receive the products. However, do take into account that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 14 business days.
